Campsite and Holiday Cottage –

Website updated :  12/8/20

Holiday Cottage – now OPEN – Please check the Cottage Availability Calendar before emailing to see if your preferred dates are available… the calendar is always kept up to date.

Campsite – currently CLOSED. We shall remain CLOSED throughout AUGUST and plan to potentially open for a short season at the beginning of September (should the stats suggest it’s safe to do so). We will start taking bookings for September approximately one week ahead of requested arrival dates. So please email then if you would like to reserve a spot. Sorry we can’t be more definite, but it feels necessary to remain flexible whilst there are still lockdowns happening in other parts of the uk.

Important – Please note our new child-free policy for 2020 The camping that we’ve offered for the past twenty years has always been about giving people plenty of room in a low-impact, peaceful, natural and unspoiled setting. As we evolve and age ourselves, we’ve decided to raise the age of children up to 13 years. As there are three more campsites close to Brecon welcoming small children, younger families are very well provided for in the area.

Please note:

We are unable to take camping bookings of more than 5 people, so we are not a suitable site for: family-get-together’s, birthday celebrations or larger gatherings. We have established ourselves over the years as a small, quiet and peaceful site and try very hard to preserve that ethos.

Although we do advise booking in advance (by email), we always try to take cyclists and walkers who have not managed to make contact before arriving.

Bank Holiday Weekends have a minimum 3-night charge (making a weekend stay £27 per person)

Summer Weekends have a minimum 2-night charge (making a weekend stay £18 per person) from June to early September.

Jazz Festival weekend for 2019 is 8th/9th/10th/11th August and has a minimum charge of £39 per person, which covers all 3 nights (ie £13 pppn)

“Things to Note and FAQ’s” can be found on the Camping – Prices and Availability page for any other queries that you may have.
