What people say….
What can we say! Absolutely blown away by the whole experience. Priory Mill Rocks! Susie, Noel and Moss have been amazing – thank you, thank you so much for the best holiday we’ve had in a long time. See you next year!

We have again enjoyed staying in your wonderful cottage (4th time!) in the beautiful setting of Priory Mill with the river running past it. The walks we have done in the Beacons and Hay have been superb (even if a bit muddy!) and the views truly splendid, especially with all the May blossom. After Hay Festival events, we have been glad to come back to our cosy retreat and relax in it’s pleasant surroundings. We hope to return again!

Wonderful holiday, perfect surroundings! Thanks so much for your hospitality, the cottage was perfect …. so hard to find in such an ideal location! Wonderful walks, fantastic scenery and a cool dog called Moss and even trout for supper from the river on a few occasions! Couldn’t have asked for more and hope to see you again soon.
Tim and Fran xx
A beautiful, peaceful place – impossible to sum up in just a few words. Especially loved the hens, the swallow’s acrobatics and the wrens taking their evening dip in the guttering on the barn. Thanks you for a lovely week. Hope very much to be back.
Hilary, Nick (and Mac)
Second time here and even better this time – we seem to get superb weather – can’t fault this place – Thanks.

This was a perfect holiday: magnificent weather; wonderful hiking; a lovely cottage and warm, kind people. Thank you for making these five days a holiday to remember, we’ll be back!

Very relaxing and enjoyable week. The seat by the river is a peaceful way to forget about the modern world and concentrate on the Kingfishers, Wagtails and Dippers. Thanks to Susie and Noel for the most comfortable and cosy cottage.

Another perfect week at the Mill. Ok, we got lucky with the weather, but the environs’ perfections are anything but accidental … Our 10th visit …. Love it !
