Booking in advance by email is essential during the busy summer season.

Please check the dates you’d like to come using the Availability Calendar and email to make a reservation…. (note we only take children over the age of 13 years, we don’t take groups at all and we no longer take dogs on the campsite … after one hen chase (and worse!) too many, we’ve decided to keep things simple and let our hens rule the roost! (although we do still take dogs in the cottage).

Important – we have had a child-free policy since 2020 – The camping that we’ve offered for the past twenty plus years has always been about giving people plenty of room in a low-impact, peaceful, natural and unspoiled setting. As we evolve and age ourselves, we’ve decided to raise the age of children up to 13 years. As there are three more campsites close to Brecon welcoming small children, younger families are very well provided for in the area.

Please note:

We are unable to take camping bookings of more than 5 people, so we are not a suitable site for: family-get-together’s, birthday celebrations or larger gatherings. We have established ourselves over the years as a small, quiet and peaceful site and try very hard to preserve that ethos.

Although we do advise booking in advance (by email), we always try to take cyclists and walkers who have not managed to make contact before arriving.

Bank Holiday Weekends have a minimum 3-night charge (making a weekend stay £30 per person)

Summer Weekends (June, July, August) have a minimum 2-night charge (making a weekend stay £20 per person)
